Limited Warranty

Coverage

Current Electric Labs ("CEL") warrants to the original purchaser that all Current Electric Labs products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for the original purchaser's ownership, not to exceed one year from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

Warranty terms for products purchased through or installed by an authorized Current Electric Labs dealer or installer may differ. Contact Current Electric Labs for details.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover, and CEL expressly disclaims responsibility for, the following:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper handling, storage, or installation
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification or alteration, including but not limited to incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, overvoltage, load dump events, short circuits, improper grounding, inductive transients, or operation outside published specifications
• Damage caused by exposure to the elements, including but not limited to excessive heat, water ingress, vibration, or corrosion resulting from improper installation or mounting
• Acts of God or external causes beyond CEL's control
• Cosmetic damage including nicks, discoloration, or physical damage to housing or connectors
• Products that have been repaired or modified by any party other than Current Electric Labs
• Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces not explicitly authorized by Current Electric Labs

Remedy

If a product is confirmed defective under this warranty, CEL will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective CEL product and constitutes the customer's sole and exclusive remedy.

Under no circumstances shall this warranty cover, nor shall any CEL Party be responsible for, any damage to a vehicle, vehicle electrical system, wiring, battery, electronic control module, aftermarket equipment, or any other property.

This warranty does not cover, and the customer shall be solely responsible for, all labor costs, installation charges, removal costs, diagnostic fees, troubleshooting expenses, towing charges, rental vehicle costs, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, or any other costs or expenses associated with the installation, removal, repair, replacement, or use of the product.

The sole obligation of Current Electric Labs under this warranty is the repair or replacement of the defective product, at CEL's sole discretion, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty. In no event shall this warranty exceed the original purchase price of the product.

CEL reserves the right to replace an obsolete or discontinued product with a current production equivalent model.

In the event a warranty claim is denied due to the exclusions outlined above, CEL may, at its sole discretion, offer repair or replacement of the product at a reasonable fee. This is not a guaranteed remedy and is offered as a goodwill option only.

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. File a claim at current-labs.com/returns, or contact Current Electric Labs support at support@current-labs.com, with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos clearly showing the defect or failure.
2. CEL support will review your submission. Some issues can be resolved without a return — do not ship any product back without first receiving a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. If a return is required, CEL will issue an RMA number. Products returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. An RMA number is only valid for 14 days after issuance.
4. Ship the product prepaid to the address provided with your RMA. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Upon receipt and inspection, CEL will repair or replace the defective product and ship the replacement to the customer. The customer is responsible for outbound replacement shipping costs. CEL reserves the right to waive shipping charges at its discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY, THE CEL PARTIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE.

International Customers

For customers outside the United States, warranty terms are subject to applicable local laws and regulations. The customer is responsible for all international shipping costs associated with warranty claims and returns.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This document is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to this document, the product, or any transaction with Current Electric Labs shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. By purchasing or using this product, the user consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

This policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. If any provision of this policy is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
