Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

Current Electric Labs accepts returns on products within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be in its original, unmodified condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
The product must not have been installed, wired, cut, spliced, or otherwise modified in any way
Products returned without a valid RMA number may be refused or, if received, returned to sender at sender's expense or otherwise handled at Current Electric Labs' sole discretion. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

Request a return at current-labs.com/returns. If your request is approved, Current Electric Labs will issue an RMA number and a printable slip to include with the shipment. An RMA number is only valid for 14 days after issuance, and products returned without one will not be accepted.

Refund Process

No refund will be issued until the returned product has been received and inspected by Current Electric Labs. Upon confirmation that the product meets all return eligibility conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return requests submitted after 30 days from the original purchase date will not be accepted.

The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction. Please refer to current-labs.com for the most current policy at the time of purchase.

International Customers

For customers outside the United States, return terms are subject to applicable local laws and regulations. The customer is responsible for all international shipping costs associated with warranty claims and returns.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This document is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to this document, the product, or any transaction with Current Electric Labs shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. By purchasing or using this product, the user consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
